Most patients do best with six-month cleanings and exams. If you have gum disease, lots of buildup, or medical risk factors, Dr. Eck may recommend a 3–4 month interval.
For many mild-to-moderate cases, yes. Clear aligners apply controlled forces to correct crowding, spacing, and some bite issues. Complex movements may still be better with braces.
